My calls were barred of mobile no. 9769133003. Reason being said was sim card was not used for more than 90days.on 8th nov when i checked my bal was 15.84. Which was 200 plus before. They as per trai if sim is not active for 90days monthly 20rs are deducted. They said me to maintain bal of more than 20rs and bal will be deducted and calls will be active. Past 3 days i am calling service centre they are giving different different reasons but phone is not active inspite of refilling and waiting for days.
They did total fraud as the money in the ac were deducted and when i want to use the card i cant.
Its like snatching money from account while kept in bank.
Please help to active my card and get my refund money back.
Vodafone people did total fraud with me
