In first week of Oct. I purchased and got Installed new Kent Gand+ RO (water purifier) from Aqua Solutions Engineering Pvt. Ltd, Marathahalli, Bangalore and within a months time it has started giving problems. I see water leaking from the unit after every 10 days and its very difficult to get Kent Technicians for fixing issues. Now again I see this same water leakage in my Kent RO and this time Kent distributor (that's what he claimed to me at the time he sold RO to me) has denied any further service.

I have tried everything to contact KENT RO Systems Limited for fixing issue, I contacted Kent RO customer care and written mails to them , posted on their Facebook page, but still i have not received any service to fix RO
In my view the unit installed has some issues and should be replaced.
