Complaint Details
I had booked one flat with Mantri developers in Mantri Web-City , it was promised that we pay 20% upfront and 80% bank loan that too upfront, in lieu of this Mantri will pay our Pre-Emi till Jan 2015. Now I have been following up with their CRM team that whether possession will done in Jan or not, as their CRM team has mentioned informally that possession will be in Sept. 2015. Now considering this delay how will someone pay rent as well as complete EMI of 50K+ everymonth with no fault of mine. They claim to pay m3 3 Rs per sq ft. as penalty per monthif there is any delay, which has not been communicated by them so far. Which some to some 5000 wherein the burden on me is 50K+ EMI for bank.

On multiple communication sent to them they do not confirm, neither the revised date of possession neither the PRE-EMI extension.Need justice by having Pre-EMI paid by them till possession as this is penalty on customer for no fault of ours.
