Complaint Details
I had purchased an LED TV from Samsung, which has been giving me a lot of problems. Their service team has visited me 8 times already. It was identified that the TV was a second hand TV which had been repaired earlier. Samsung accepted its guilt but only extended the warranty by 6 months instead of refunding the money or replacing the TV
