I purchased a kurti
The very first time I wore the kurti, it released colors like anything and it stained my handbag well as my pajamas and I swear it was very humiliating as I was attending a party then. I was totally shocked and disappointed and was unable to come to terms with the fact that your brand has behaved like road-side stuff.
I immediately visited the store next day on 02-10-2014 and after lot of convincing theY accepted the suit for sending to Quality Department and later the store manager told me that he will get back to me after 10 days. I didn't get any response from the manager even after 10 days and when I called him he told me to wait some days more when I refused to wait more then he called me next day and he said that Quality Department has found the product to be OK and that I need to visit the store and collect the product.
This kind of treatment is unjustified and unacceptable from a brand like yours and I do expect that this disputed BIBA product is immediately exchanged by you enabling me to keep my liking for the BIBA brand ever alive.
In case you are aligned with what your Quality team is saying I would request you to send a copy of the product report so that I can register a complaint against your brand in Consumer Forum. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of my mail and I would expect a prompt response if not resolution from your side.
Now they have changed my dress material and forcing me to take the same dress again.
