Complaint Details
I ordered a Panasonic 32inch TV on Snapdeal.com during their Diwali sale, on the morning of 20th of October. Snapdeal showed the order as shipped on the same day and sent a courier waybill number. On 29th October when I complained that no such courier number existed, my order was cancelled. Until 12th November, no refund has been issued. They have withheld 35000 rs for a month without delivering product or issuing refund and after taking cancellation.
They do not provide replies except standard replies and their customer service reps (Kalpana Singh Malhotra, Sanjay, Vikas) lie from time to time that refund has been initiated, later change their story that they are unable to process refund as system is down, etc, etc. For close to a month, snapdeal has sat on my money and I have lost 35000 plus interest and have no communication from them.
