I had placed an order for three products on Rediff shopping site after I read that the items would be delivered in 4 to 5 working days. I recieved 2 items today and the costliest of the 3 items is pending. The tracking number for the pending item is invalid. So I called the seller "kitchen aids" through whom Rediff is sourcing it. He said he has no stock and he was aware of my pending delivery. Why would Rediff in their mail to me(attached as a photo) claim that it's been dispatched and have even given me a tracking num. I complain everyday but I haven't got any response from the Rediff team. Now after confirming with the seller directly that he has no stock, I would want Rediff to either source it elsewhere ASAP and deliver the same within 3 working days or refund my money completely. Your ignorance and arrogance baffles me with so much of competition who are excelling in customer service. I want a mail clearly from you on how and when you could deliver my pending order mentioned below
