This is to bring to your notice that I am in trouble in getting my consignment. I had given my two cartons- 1 is having AC and another is with my study books was sent from Mumbai to Kanpur on 3rd Nov. I was told that it will be delivered in 4-5 days and they promised that i will get tracking nuber on 3rd November itself so that I can track my package. WHen I did not receive any tracking number i started calling from 3rd day onwards and they ignored my call after 10 days finally he picked and said I was on vacation and he is sending the consignment right away. Now he does not respond to my calls most of the time and when he picks he says he will inform me about my package in 10 mins and then no calls.
I have been tired now. My AC is hardly 7 months old and books are very precious as its whole lot of collections for my exam preparations.
I am scared they are not cheating me. Please help what needs to be done here to get my package soon.
