I placed an order (Order # - 510045288) on 17-Aug-2014. To date I have not received the item or a resolution on cancelation that I did out of sheer frustration.
Attached (Chase_Last.pdf) is a print of all email communication that I have attempted, but no response.
Following the last email, giving them the benefit of doubt I decided to call them a second time and spoke to Mohammed at 1425 IST on 07 Oct 2014, who took the request for cancellation and provided a reference (SR 00043457).
On having no response for a month, I called back on 10 Nov 2014, and was told by Mohammed (not sure if it was the same person) that the cancellation was effective 08 Nov, because of “System Delays” and that the refund would happen in 4 days.
Did not happen, and as on 17th Nov, a conversation with Pavan Kumar, has indicated that I will have to wait till the 20th of December to get a resolution. I am not sure if by the time you have seen this the matter is resolved, but felt that as a consumer I need to raise this so that no one else is cheated.
