i am a travels agent : my travel agency nam : green outdoors excurison pvt ltd. vadodara,gujarat. i will bought himachal pacakge by sv holiday india (redg), jammu. i will pay advance amount paid as per package full cost141000/- rs via neft by icici bank to pnb bank for sv holidays current account. mr sanjay bajaj his onwer sv holidays india.he is no reply for my phone & email. i will cross check in hotelear for booking status. hotelear say no room block & payment for mr sanjay bajaj. so i will contect mr sanjaj bajaj via watas app he is telling witeing message or voice magessage your hotel is confirm but till date he is not send hotel voucher & confirmation. so i will aggenge by other hotel. so help me fully refund amount paid to mr sanjay bajaj (sv holidays india redg ) onwer
