Hi,

I have ordered with full payment a mobile Micromax Cnvas Knight a 350 Black on 26 Oct 2014.

It took 23 days and delivered today on 17 Nov 14.

During this period I have called many times and spent huge amount in follow up.

This has caused a big mental frustration also.

Finally it is delivered to me by Hand and surprisingly WRONG MOBILE.

BLACK and GOLD colour whereas the order was for BLACK. Snap attached.

For same I called customer care and registered complaint no. MSCO10051902.

The request is that either the mobile is to be replaced immediately without any delay. The mobile delivered is sealed and not opened.
