i am an extremely agreived customer who had placed the order on 14th october for 2 items and have received only one of them till date. Inspite of writing to your customer care thrice , no action has been taken only a ticket no, is generated and sent. i have done a prepayment via net banking and there has been no refund either.

but i have receieved the top but have NOT RECEIVED THE BOTTOM BEAR

i have written thrice to your customer care.

i had done pre payment using net banking. inspite of repeated emails to your customer care email, i have received NO RESPONSE. A ticket no. is generated but no action is taken.

pls refund my money ASAP. the reputation of your company has tarnished in my eyes and i don't see it as being trnasparent and fair to its customers.

Your telephone no. doesnt seem to work .
