For my newly built apartment interiors work I had approached Mr. Shaik who represented himself so professionally when we 1st met him at the KTPO organized trade fair has been since harassing me non-stop. He has completely failed to honor the commitment that he had agreed for. I had paid him an advance of Rs 1L when I 1st availed his service for my under construction flat. Shaik told me at the KTPO event that if I pay him the booking amount,then irrespective of when the actual work is done, I will be paying the amt which is applicable@the time of booking.Once the flat was ready, Shaik started demanding more money n he did not want me to do NEFT or give him chk.He wanted the money in cash only.Once I start paying him he started harassing me for more money deviating from his original commitment.On further searching on the net, I found similar cases of him doing this tactics.I feel cheated by Shaik n wud not like any1 else go through this pain hence am submitting this complaint.Plz help
