Complaint Details
We order it on 18 April 2014 & deliver to us on 2 May 2014. Its Black color coated metal material for Rs.14,500/- . he gave us with 1yr guaranty. After 15 days its get bend in center where we seat and make friction with sliding part which is storage. I informed him about that but he ignored us that time after some days it get jammed and whenever i told him he spoke me i will come tomorrow evert time. HIs tomorrow came after 3 month when my mom call him and complain him for rust on handle.

He promise us for replacement on cellphone and after his 1st visit also confirmed that again. that time ho told us i will give you after Diwali now after diwali ho comes at home and change his words he cant make replacement. its not possible now almost 1 yr gone, but when we show him bill. its only 5 month passed, May be he purposely doing that but now we dont have any trust on him so please solve our problem and take necessary action against him.
