Dear Sir,

I have submitted my form on Oct 10th, but the issue was closed only on Oct 17th. So there are around 7 days left to process my form. If Karvy would have intimated me through email or phone, i could have walked to Karvy office directly or could have sent email with scanned copy of my signed form.

The Karvy had deposted my cheque and had held my money (91960 Rs/-) from Oct 12th to Nov 7th. In mean while Karvy have not even informed me until i had seen my redeposited money into my bank account on Nov 7th by NCC. Then only i came to know that my application was rejected by Karvy. The Karvy is working for NCC to take care of Rights Issue for Share holders. So, Karvy should take care of their Share holders with quality of being kind.

If you don't take care of us, where we will go and claim my loss?

NCC had been divided their shares for repaying the Debt and grown up the company. Now i am under debt and had lost my money with NCC. So Please help me to get back my allotted shares (3969 shares) from NCC. Otherwise, Please help me to claim my lost amount from NCC as you are the authorized company for NCC and had worked for Rights Issue.

If you take my complaint to NCC and request to NCC about my lost amount, the NCC will definitly will come and help me. Because this work was done by human beings, not automated by computers.
