Dear Sir / Madam,

I'm yet to get a response from customer care and therefore this mail is to seek your help.

Please note that :

1. I have booked flight from Bangalore to Lucknow on 20th Dec (Two PNR nos. FJMCTB and
XISPJQ). The route was:

9W-478 from BLR to MUM Dep 07:00 Arr 08:40
9W-347 from MUM to LKO Dep 10:50 Arr 12:55

2. Last month, I'd got a message that MUM to BLR flt # is changed from 9W-347 to 9W-359, with a delay
of about 45 minutes.

3. However, yesterday and again today I got a sms informing that MUM to BLR flt 9W-359 will depart on
21st DEC!

4. Just now, I checked the status of Flt # 9W-347 for 20th Dec and enclosing the same for your
reference that shows that the flight is scheduled on time !!! Then, why our flt # was changed from 347
to 359?

5. Request you to kindly put us back (Two PNR nos. FJMCTB and XISPJQ) on Flt # 9W-347 departing MUM at
10:50 on 20th Dec for LKO (which was as per our original route at the time of booking). Please confirm
as soon as possible as my entire plan is getting messed up due to this change.
