I have purchased a product eTable Portable Laptop Stand Code: 387963 from shopcluses.com on 01-Nov-2014. The product estimated delivery date that was written while buying product was with in 7-9 working business days. I had made online payment for the same. Since then I was waiting for shipment email from shopclues.com which I have received on 08-Nov-2014 though I can see merchant is from Mumbai only. The product was shipped through DotZot courier service with my tracking number 700001338013. Since then I am tracking my product. Below is tracking details.

I have just copied and pasted the tracking history for this product above.

I do agree my contact number was wrongly mentioned though I have not received any communication through email. After that I have changed my number on shopclues on 12-Nov-2014.

Also after that I have ledged a complaint to dotzot courier on thier website on 14-Nov-2014 with my complaint number 40909 and I have received confirmation mail from dotzot stating that your query will be handled in 2 hours but I have not received any communication since then and hence I have again lodged a complaint in today 18-Nov-2014 with complaint number 43522.

Also there are no contact numbers mentioned anywhere for dotzot courier service.

I have suffered a lot because of them. As it was gift to my nephew and his birthday is gone.

I am lodging a complaint on dotzot courier that they have not provided any communication regarding my product. Also I am unable to track dotzot courier service office anywhere near to andheri.
