Complaint Details
For replacement of filters for gold nova aquaguard, call centre gives a rate of Rs.1000/-, where as service technician charges Rs.1175. This has been happening repeatedly for last 2 years. Their cusotmer care never acnowledges the complaint mail and never reply. Their website also does not have any provision for making complaaints / except service requests. The company is using monopoly to dupe the customers and never cares for service complaints.
