Dear Sir,
I had submitted my micromax A210(Grey) mobile on
11-oct-2014 at vashi service centre in Navi Mumbai as my phone touch
screen and display is not working at all. They assured me that my
phone will be repaired and give me back within 1 week -2 week but
sorry to say till today my phone is not repair.
I made a compain to micromax Toll Free no they register my
call and provided me complain no - MMX0511140294, but they also said
it will take 20-30 days to repair my phone.
It is very disappointing for me that company like micromax
is unable to provide customer support within the time span and they
force me to make a complain in cutomer forum for the same. I request
you to look into the matter on high priority and resolve the issue
