I had ordered 14 nos of churidar materials with greeshma enterprises represented by Amish Mehta and I have deposited Rs 4500/- in his account on July 30th 2014 through NEFT transfer. ( 30-Jul-2014 (30-Jul-2014) TO TRANSFER INB NEFT SBMY214211145768 AMISH MEHTA NEFT INB: IR44457240 TRANSFER TO 3199301406795 4,502.50 ) . At first he said the parcel will come through professional courier. When continuously asked for tracking no, he gave a tracking no of some vayuseva courier. When I enquired with the courier office, i was informed that no such parcel under that tracking no has been registered with them. When I asked this to Amish, he said parcel has been misplaced. I asked for refund and he agreed. But till date after so many emails, phone, sms and whatsapp follow ups, he didn't return my money. Every time he says excuses like, will deposit tomorrow or day after tomorrow or today or I am not well, or I had an accident etc. Please help me to get back my money from this fraud person.
