I have deposited my mobile in service center on 3rd October,2014 because the touch of the phone was not working.They provided me the service order number which is N030666-1014-12555152 and they said me to come back after 10 days from now.I visited the service center but they said me that it will take again 15 days and told me to come back after 15 days.Again I have visited the service center and they said that the mobile still has not been repaired.They are saying me now to come on 15th December,2014.I am really very fed up with the services of Micromax now.I don't know what do to do.I also have contacted customer service and they are also not replying in a good manner. Micromax is harassing their customers.If they can't repair the mobile on time then they should replace it.Please take a proper action on it. I want my mobile as soon as possible.
