I have bought Micromax Unite 2 A106 mobile on 05/06/2014 from Shankar Communication,Muzaffarpur,Bihar.I have found the problem in the memory card slot of phone which was not detecting any memory card in mobile.This problem was from the day I bought mobile but as I don't have the memory card at that time to check.I checked it after 2 months when I bought a memory card.Then I deposited the mobile in one of the service center of Micromax at Patna on 08/09/2014 which is M/S Aditya Enterprises and they said me that it will take around ten days to repair this mobile and told me to come after 10 days.I visited the service center and found that the mobile is still not repaired and they said me it will take another one month to repair the mobile.From then they are saying the same thing it will take another one month.I also have contacted the customer service center and they are also not giving any proper response.Also,I have contacted by mail but they have not giving any solution.I am really very frustrated by the service of Micromax Service centers.They are harassing their customers.If they can't repair the mobile then they should replace my mobile.In my case this seems to be the manufacturing defect because the memory card slot never worked so they should replace it.I want my mobile as soon as possible.
