Complaint Details
This complaint is about bad service by Jet Privilege in claiming missing miles. I sent mails 2 times regarding the same, 6 days back and 2 days back and talk to Customer care executive 3 times regarding the issue. But they have not added missing miles to my profile, every time they say that it will be done in 24 hours but it is not done.
