I TOOK MOBILE NO 8961975663 FROM BIG BAAZAR LAKE MALL KOLKATA AND RECHARGED RS 51 BY PAYING THROUGH CREDIT CARD BUT GOTrs 20 as talk time and rs 31 i did not get till date.in this connection i had done COMPLAIN BY email several times(appox 12) to BIG BAAZAR company mail id and even your company asked for the scanned company of the credit card bill, that also i had sent...but till now i did not get the talk time remaining rs 31...your company people called me does not even know the working of edc machine...that also i had to explain him... please provide the necesaary talk time.docomo company also said us that fault is with big baazar not them. please settle the matter quickly. since 4/11/2014 i 'm telling you for the talk time...
