I am using Reliance Big TV.
My VC No. is 200800879400.
Last month I received a message from Reliance stating that "Recharge for 3 months and get 1 month free viewing".
I have subscribed to Gold Pack worth 350/month since from past 1 year.
I recharged with Rs 1050/- on 19th Oct, 2014 and contacted the customer care to get the benefit of 4 months viewing without any extra cost.
They just activated over the call and to my surprise when I checked my subscription pack has been downgraded to Bronze pack with very lesser channels available to view. I keep on calling them again and again since past 2 weeks but they said that they cannot do anything until the plan expires on 15th Feb, 2015.
Also, most of the time they didn't pick the calls and even if they picked, give excuses about system down, senior not available, call after sometime later.
I haven't seen such a worst service ever.
