I Bhushan duggal S/o Sh Raj Kumar Duggal Resident of H no 11, Street No 2, Hira Bagh, Rajpura Road Patiala Punjab 147001 want to Lodge a Complaint regarding the fraud conducted by Sands Shopping Hub (Address A-64 Sec 65, Noida & Phone no's 0120-6725555 & 0120-6511136 )

Dear sir

I got a call from the sad company representative on dated 17-11-2014 stating that there is an offer of (iphone 5s at a price of Rs 11999/-) for limited customer .

I opted for the same

I was made to pay the sad amount through my credit card but due to some technical error shown by company I was made to pay it through net banking.

Again technical error was shown and my account was debited for Total Amount of Rs 47996/-, which is four times the sad amount of Rs 11999/-.

Sir I contacted the many times to refund my access amount of Rs 35997/- But Now they are not responding to it.neither they had confirmed about the delivery of iphone nor the refund amount.

Sir i request you to pls intervene and help me get my money back.
