My Customer No 3003426310and i am a customer from 6 years. my airtel digital tv is not working from October 12 th day held by hud hud cyclone.airtel digital tv is not solving my problem even after repeated requests.and they mis behave with customer.I Have raised my first request
to solve problem on 5th November from that day on wards power came to our home town.and they called to me next day and explain about the situation and ask me 7 days time.still today they don't solve the problem.complaint no is 40959209.next I called them so many times nearly 30.at last callled them again and spoke to their
escalation manager and they
promised that it will be attended to immediately but until
now no one solve the problem.
solve the problem and please pay back money from 12th oct.
