I have activated Internet in my aircel mobile (9551166699). While speaking to the customer care executive of Aircel while activating he told it is unlimited pack and there will not be any additional charges. It will be charged only for internet plan. Aircel executive was trying to convenience me that it is a very good internet package and unlimited usage without any additional charges. But recently in my mobile bill dated 20-10-2014. Bill No.239881727. They have charged me internet charges of Rs.795.17. When i asked them regarding the same, Aircel Appellate is telling it is because you have used the internet in roaming thats why we have charged you. When i told that it is an unlimited internet pack then why internet been charged. She replied to me at the time selling the internet pack we will not give information about roaming and all. Customer has to call Aircel and get information while going to roaming area. It is absolutely not acceptable. When i enquired about internet pack Aircel sales executive has not told about this roaming charges. If the Aircel executive would have told about this i would have called and got the information during roaming. It is purely a mistake of Aircel Customer care executive. For which i have been charged. So i hereby request CFBP to provide me a justice and recover my money paid to Aircel. I have a great trust on CFBP. Kindly do the needful.
