I was furnished wrong information during the time of purchase of the car. I was told there would be 3 free servicing but after purchase I am now being told I would get only 2.
Reguarding my RC booklet there were few problems before it went to print. But none of the problems were sorted by the showroom or their agent. I had to personally go during my working days to get them fixed. Please, bear in mind that I am nowhere complaining about the RTO, but the showroom who could have sorted the problem by themselves. Instead I ended up wasting 2 working days which caused me a lot of angst and harassment. Mr. Ravi Bothare, my salesman, was never available on call to resolve any of my issues.
