Dear Team,

Policy No. 17100708

Please first you under stand my problem as it is pertaining to misrepresentation of exclusions in policy documents as it is quit differs from mentioned in brochure and it is cheating to customer by insurer it is not fault of customer.

I am not going through Free look cancellation(FLC) i just want to refund my full premium irrespective of deductions applicable in FLC as i am not opting FLC option.

Just I am requesting you to if possible please issue a fresh policy documents as per exclusions mentioned in your plan brochures or else kindly refund my premium with interest of 12% P.A. as per RBI guidelines.

Please be inform me immediately regarding my refund if you will not admitted it I will be forced to legal action against HDFC Life and it is your responsibility and you have also bear all the expenses and mental harassment compensations of the customer, as you are cheating with your customer you have not mentioned 2nd & 3rd Exclusions in your brochure which you were added in Part F Para 5 under 5.2 & 5.3 exclusions, So, I am just requesting you to please issue Policy documents as per your brochure,

Also Plansi Ji committed me over phone regarding full refund of premium without deductions of any charges, as it is not Customer fault then why customer should suffer.

Also I want to inform you that since beginning HDFC Life was teasing to me first you have opened my eIA account without my permission and deny to send my policy document in which all terms and conditions are mentioned, now i understand why you were not sending policy documents to me it is just due to your cheating will opened now.

Please request you to refund my full premium in my Same account from which i was paid premium through internet banking so NEFT is not mandatory for same it was already informed to me by Mr. Neeraj Ji from Bhopal. and also I am sending mails from my registered mail ID so Please not ID and address proof required to submit.

I also come to your notice that I was handed over my first complaint letter on 10th Nov. 2014 not on 11th as you stated in your letter and also HDFC Life are responsible for delay in sending policy documents as it was not sent by you within specified time as 10 working days.

I also tried many times to contact at your no.1860 267 9999 and 022-67516666 but after receiving call nobody responds to my calls even after waiting of 12 minutes and more.

Also please check your mail you send on 29th Nov. 2014 and you have attached letter dated 27th Nov. 2014, it shows you are delaying knowingly of my refunds.

Hope higher officials of HDFC Life will understand my problem and took necessary action so company image will not tarnished.
