My name is Deepak Marathe. My IMEI No. 911241600258121 & 911241600386948. And Job sheet No. KJASPMH528914K1718. I delivered the handset to Karbonn Mobile authorised centre for repairing. For some reason they were not able to find it for a month. After that they somehow found my phone and they sent it to the service centre without even asking me, this is what those guys told me. Also they haven't issued me any new job sheet and told me that the previous job sheet is valid. Now they are saying that they have not received the phone from service centre. For this reason they are delaying the delivery for last one month. It's almost three months now and I'm fed up of waiting and can't wait anymore. They are not replying me. Please understand the problem which I am facing from Karbonn Mobile. Please take the required action as soon as possible.
