We have got netconnect no 9382224928 in the name of aalayamhomes ,On Aug 7th,2014 we have settled all our dues and given request for pre paid conversion at kodambakkam branch but this number not converted into prepaid.The above data card usage was zero but we have received bill of Rs460/- for September month
I have given complaint several times for conversion of prepaid and waiver of wrongly billed amount.
but this issue was not solved now they have send demand notice to pay 2065/- or they will take legal action against us.

Kindly solve this issue at the earliest.
