Hi Motorola Team,

I gave my mobile for repair around 2 months back to service center and still it's not repaired. I checked with service center and every week they just beg for 1 more week. It's just too much frustrating.
If they are not able to fix it even after 2 months then I think they will never be able to fix it.
I also raised Incident with Motorola customer support [141122-025948] for this work order no [AQP/MG/14/02170]

And not only that, whenever I called them in last 2 months, they just said it's repaired, just come and collect it and when I went there to collect it, they just say something or else has now stopped working so they need few more days. they are giving just pathetic service. They are not even able to handle Motorola customers and they have taken service center contract for other mobiles also, that's why their service is extremely pathetic.

And last weekend, it was a height, I waited for more than 2 hours at their shop and after that they said now battery is not working.

On last Thursday -27 dec, when I called they said just come and collect on Saturday -30dec. Yesterday, when I called they said it's not yet repaired, they are still trying to fix it.

So I am just requesting you to refund my money back so that at least I will leave my hope of getting it repaired and buy a new one, and let service center take few more years to repair it.

Now I don't need that repaired set, becauseI have already wasted 2 months of the warranty period and if now something stops working, I don't know who will be repairing it in the future.

And I can't afford to waste my money and time again just to chase service center to get my set repaired. So I am just requesting you to get my money refunded along with compensation for 2 months of wastage of my time, money & tension in chasing up with service center.
