Complaint Details
I own a phone by Iberry, Auxus Nuclea N1 with serial no N1203073903. From last few days its touch is nt responding and i had contacted the support desk of the company who informed me that they spare is out of stock which would be replenished 10-15 working days and send my phone to their office once it is replenished. They further said it will take anther 10 business days to gt it fixed. Thus in total I will have to wait more than a month to get it fixed.

I will have to buy a new phone untill they get it fixed. I suppose i could get a replacement or cash back with interest
