i had gone to a retailer of reliance communications and asked him to to give a recharge of FULL TALK TIME as he advice i had recharge a of 125/- on 02/12/2014 by him

i did not any talk time but got a massage of 3GB data.when i got massage i called customer care about recharge i got a response saying with in 24 hours you will get your amt back as a talk time . when even after 24 i call ccare i got response saying that this recharge of 125/- mad for 3GB data and person do not have right to refund

I am using this phone I never use data on this Number 7569153144
in last 4 years i not need data my mobile do not support it please refund amt in TALK TIME now i am not having any balance in my mobile
