Complaint Details
I submitted my Sony Xperia Z for repairing with Sony Service Center Teknoplaza, CD 96, Salt Lake City, 700064 on August 12, 2014 vid. job number W114081206421 within warranty. I was informed that the motherboard of the handset had to be replaced. The issue was resolved and the handset was returned to me on September 4, 2014 in working condition. However, within a month of the repair the problem reappeared. I submitted the handset again to the same service center for repair on November 12, 2014 vid. job number W114111203099. I am informed that the mother board need to be replaced again, but this time they are charging me Rs. 18000/- for the replacement as the service is out of warranty. Please advice.
