Dear Sir/Madam:

I am from Mumbai, currently working in Saudi Arabia. I have enrolled for 2 Yrs MBA Course from EduKart through (Karnataka State Open University in (January). University was supposed to conduct 2 exam per year but till now there is not even a single news of examination they have been delaying exams since July 2014( 1 Sem) and 2nd Sem (Dec 2014) and second dispute about the examination paper format which should objective that has been told us while taking admission and suddenly I get an answer sheet from University on subjective format. I have been sending lots of email to them about examination pattern but they were not ready to listen.
After this long haul without any mistake of mine I tried and contacted them that I need my money back with whatever applicable deduction, as I don’t want to continue. I got a response from EduKart simply stating that University doesn’t have a policy of refunding the money.
Please help me in getting my money back as I have been suffering with Edukart since a year. Channel from through appropriate custodian to take my complaints further.
