Complaint Details
I had booked the ticket from Dubai to Mumbai for 19th December for Dirhams 929.10 but i had to cancel the ticket due to unforeseen circumstances and as per the Spice Jet Office in UAE, the cancellation charges are to be Dirhams 142.00 which is confirmed on the website under manage my booking Tab. However I have received the refund of only Dirhams 707.10 that is Dirhams 80 Short.

I demand an refund of this Dirhams 80 but no one seems to reply or revert to the mails.

I seek your help to recover this money as it has been unjustifiably deducted.

Please find attach the payment screen shot which clearly says that refund of 787.10 AED is to be processed.
