Hi,
I have purchased Reliance Dongle since 1 and half month back. It was started and activated for 7 days . Than after they have deactivated the same and after so many complaints it is still not started from their end. They always promise that my issue get resolved in 5 working days all the time which i am getting the answer from them since last 1 month. And by that I am suffering it seems like they are not at all interested in my activation and just making foolish by falls promise.
And also they are not refunding my amount or changing my dongle so i can go for other.I trust that Reliance is good brand but my so far experience for their customer service is really bad and unacceptable.
Please help me to get resolved in the same.
