83371 complaint no is registered with Green Dust.

I have purchased a Seconds LG A.C. 5 star from Green Dust on 08 April 2014 through Online Shopping from Greendust website.

Product was delivered on 08 April 2014, and delivery person have said that they only provide the product not the installation.

I have called my electrician on 18 April 2014 for installation and then he told me that AC is a second hand product not a Seconds product, it was badly broken from inside, even the gas was refilled, he told me as per his experience that this A.C. is more than 01 yr old and must be used for more than a season.

I have made several calls and send him the video of installation time and so many pictures.

One representative from company have visited my home and accepted that product is a second hand piece, his voice recording is still with me where he have accepted this.

Abhishek Mishra from company office have assured me that he will replace the faulty product, but later he denied. I am having voice recordings of all the conversations with him.

I want to take serious action for duping the customers with faulty products. Please help me.
