I have bought Rs.8500 worth mobile on 28.07.2014. From the purchase to till now i got lot of problem in that. So I gave that mobile to your service center on 16.09.2014, After 2 months I received the mobile from your service center on 15.11.2014. At the time itself I have checked the mobile and I found the IMEI No. has been changed. I asked this details to your service center people (Hosur-635126) they said we don’t know we sent your mobile to company they sent this mobile that’s all if you want you speak to customer care no 18605008286 . I try to contact that no : 18605008286 but it will not reach at all time. So I sent mail to your head office and they are also not bothered about me. I don’t know what i want to do now. Because of IMEI NO. changes lot of deferent I found in that after serviced mobile which I received from your service center after service. That details also I have sent to your head office mail id.
I need Good Solution or I want my money Rs.8500 back. Kindly help me.
