I am an Astrologer practising at Lucknow. I met a person few days back, who have spoiled his career by not taking the admission in college.

He broke up with her friend and then taken a paid service of a Juli International Friendship club, through an advertisement published in Hindustan Newspaper.

This company persons have taken 11,200 Rs. from him in 4 instalments and then duped him by asking further 18,000 Rs. After denying to give further money they have duped him and didn't returned him any money.

My question is from Such Newspapers who are promoting such fraud companies through their advertisement.

Are these newspapers authorised to promote Prostitution ?

Please help me so that I can file a legal case on this Newspapers and such companies ?
