I placed an order on "www.100bestbuy.com" with "Ref # 32600917" on "16-Oct-2014". They shipped this order by their courier company. But the courier company refused to ship this product in Patna. They returned the package to 100bestbuy.com. I again contacted to 100bestbuy.com regarding this matter, he told that they make a complain regarding this and my product should be delivered by other courier shortly. I waited 3 days and again I contact to 100bestbuy.com they say- " Package cann't delivered to Patna, we are sorry for that, your amount of rs399 wil be credited to your account in 4-5 working days." Sir, but till now I didn't got my money refund. I called more than 20 times to 100bestbuy.com regarding this matter, but the same responce they tell that my money refunded to my account in next 4-5 working days. I am still waiting for my money back. Please help me regarding this.
