Complaint Details
Purchased a "Supersoft sofa bed with sunrise fabric" on the 5th Oct; today is 10th December, it was unfinished and non functional. On calling the contact person, was told to call multiple other people. Now they answer the call and don't speak a word. Received a call saying I should get it fixed on my own as they do not have thetime. They point blankly refused to refund or exchange the product.
Same has resulted in physical injury to family member.
And mental stress which has resulted in other health issues which has in turn increased the economic burden.
