This is to inform that last month i had purchased a pocket spring matress " Tranquil Royale" from the sleepwell store, Kandivali East Area:

A person from the store had come personally to my place to take the measurement, but when the matress was delivered, it was found to be smaller than the bed size.

There are handles near the edge of the bed for lifting the cover of hydraulic storage , but the matress is not even fitting from handle to handle on both sides. There is a visible gap of 2 inches in total between the bed and the matress which is looking very bad.

When i went to complaint, the dealer was not ready to accept that the size can be smaller , but after saying many times and requesting him to come and see personally, he sent a person at my place with 2/3 pieces of different colored foam and said will insert the foam at the sides in the gaps.I have sent that person back .He came with a 1 piece foam and inserted at the sides saying thats all he can do. This did not solve my problem as i do not want the matress in 2 pieces.

I wrote to Sleepwell company .They sent their person to visit my place for inspection. The sleepwell person came for inspection but did not revert even after 1 week. When i called them they are telling me i have to resolve the issue with the dealer.

Neither the dealer nor the company is taking responsibility and resolving the issue. This is clearly the mistake of the COmpany's dealer that he has taken wrong measurement and submitted to the company.

The Dealer is a company representative and company should take the responsibility of the mistake made by the dealer
