Dear all. Had availed a mts data card for rs. 1000 and I was informed a speed of 22 mbps. But the internet was slower than a 2g plan for few weeks and It's not working for the past 1week without information. The customer care was non responsive for all this time and when I called today the y informed I should take the data card to a mts shop Which is 25 KMs away. Need action on the poor service rendered and with the quality being poor they cannot charge a rs 800 on a monthly basis for a service usage not worth rs.50. Mailing the customer care is of No use .
