I own a IFB Digital Drive 7Kg model and it is not working now.
I have raised complaint with the IFB customer care - 11939981 on Nov 21st.
After multiple escalations and calling the service person directly multiple times, I had one visit from the local Service person and he claimed that the drum and tub has to be replaced. I had asked him to replace it, but no response from him. After multiple calls, he still claims that the part is not in. I call up customercare and they say the complaint has been escalated and will be addressed the same day. In fact. I get false promises and commitments from the customer care reps on the date this issue will be fixed. It is pathetic to know that I am not able to talk to someone who has the authority to call the shots
Since the day I registered the complaint, I have been throttled between customer care and the local service dealer to understand the status. Very frustrated with this experience with IFB. Very very frustrated with the IFB service. Such a bad business ethics that they don't even have an escalation and redressal forum to address the consumer complaints.
I have called up the following service persons multiple times and no response.

While IFB may have multiple tie ups with the local service personnel, I don't think the customer has to call these local service people who know nothing about customer service. As a customer of IFB, I expect to be treated with compassion and IFB should own the accountability to completely satisfy the customer's needs. There is no reason for the customer to be acting as a middle man between the customer service rep and the local service reps. Please take this as high priority and address this complaint to my satisfaction.
