Reliance data card no 9343720959 in the name of my husband Jayaram Balasubrahmanyan, was terminated on Sept 22nd 2014 by calling their customer care. They gave me a service request number 225256571 and promised to terminate within 7 days. I paid the pending bill amount of Rs. 1912/- upto Sept 22nd. I got the same confirmed by email also. But after that also I keep getting monthly bills and continuous harassing calls from them. I wrote to them again and they gave a new request number227460901 on Dec 1st assuring me that this will not continue. But even now I get harassing calls from them. This has put me under serious mental tension and torture. Since my husband is busy at work I only handle all these calls. They call many times and whenever they want, a working person cannot work because of this harassment.

Kindly help me to resolve this. I request you to take suitable action against the erring people. I am attaching screen shots of email communications and of the bills after the termiation period
