Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter with a hope that at least I will get some justice from you. Two months back I bought a tablet HCL ME Y2 and on second day it got failed and I gave it to HCL support center Cochin. According to them this is motherboard issue and need to replace. Last two moths I was continuously following up this case. As per your instruction in below mails I have given my Tab for replacement. HCL's commitment was it will take 10-15 days for replacement. Now it is 25th day I have handed over the full box. Still the service center people are saying the box is with them and they have not received any information from the head office. Whom should I contact for the same and the model is outdated. Please arrange to get the replacement soon. Very poor response from the local service center .
