My complaint
I had purchased a T-shirt from bewakoof.com. my order id is 1519537. they have put an item(tshirt) picture in the website and sent me a different tshirt now i have sent it for replacement on my own expense ie. 120 rupees along with a note in it of what is the dispute and what has to be done. but they have sent me the same product again now i am asking for refund thy are saying they will only refund me the t-Shirt money and the 2 times courier expenses ie. 240 will be on me so i am at loss. and if i even ask for replacement for the product which they say is not more available they are saying they will refund me only 100 rupees from the 220 rupees.
